The SEQCML will inform you about the actions resulting from your request within one month. In the case of particularly complex requests, the period may be extended by two more months (therefore, up to a maximum of three months), always with notification of the extension of the period within the first month.
If you consider that we have not given an adequate response to your request, you can file a claim with the corresponding oversight authority.
